Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order placement. Please be informed that orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Once your orders have been processes and shipped, an email notification will be sent to you with the tracking information. In the event that the item/s you ordered for are out of stock, you will be contacted by email for a refund, or for an exchange should you chose to.

Shipping

At this time, we currently ship only to USA and Canada. Shipments to locations within the US usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery. For Canada, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. We are currently working on getting our products shipped to other parts of the world as we strive to expand our markets.


Shipping Policy

Please note that the shipping address must match the billing address on the credit card. If for any reason the shipping address and the billing address are different, please contact us for approval before placing your order. Orders placed with unmatchable billing and shipping address without approval will not be processed.

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products with regards to health and hygiene concerns, all sales are final and purchased items cannot be returned for a refund. However, items can be exchanged if for any reason you are not satisfied with the initial items that was purchased. Please note that all exchange request must be initiated within 1-3 days of the receipt of the purchased items. To qualify for exchange, the items must be in the original form as it was received, with packages unopened. Items that have been tampered with by way of wearing, combing, washing, coloring etc. cannot be exchanged. 

For an exchange, provide details of your Order Number, First Name, Last Name and contact us by email or phone number and we will begin the exchange process.

 

Please note that all costs and charges associated with items returned for exchange are borne by the buyer. Items returned for exchange must be sent through a courier service that offers tracking and item security on transit, as Emeraldluxhair will not be responsible for items lost on transit.

 

Items purchased from SALES & DISCOUNTS cannot be returned or exchanged!!!
